I haven’t talk about UVme since a longtime because nothing really new happen. People organize conference after conference… The buzz continue but many people keep ask me does uVme is a scam. My answer is I don’t because UVme haven’t launch yet this is what I know:

I know the website is down… They told me that the website would be down until the launch time… Now I cannot wait until the 21st and see the final website…. I hope those engineers are working hard because they have so much to do to impress me

I say that I would like to see the finished version of the product before paying the full price. You wouldnt pay in full for a house on just the pictures.. or talk of pictures! Especially if you had seen similar a hundred times before.
Trillian and others are a great IM combining all the other IM;s.. And facebook / Msn / Other sites have social based gaming.. It appears that we are introducing pennies into it.
But thats exactly it.. People who have lots of pennies are not going to sit spending them on sub standard games. I wont.. So even millions of people with a few pennies is not going to make me a millionaire.
I mentioned on my review that I had seen similar on sky, I played them once years ago, spent a few pound.. won a few pound.. novelty gone!
Right now, I do not plan to invest in uVme. The product does not push me to go further. However, I will have a close look to the launch. I will try to have an exclusive access to it. The whole concept will be amazing in 2000 but in 2008, you need to work harder then that to break down the market. That is the reality.

I read your review and I got the same feelings so far. I do not write another review now because I am waiting the launching time to make final comment about it. I am a beta tester right now and I am not impressed so far. Will he be better in 2 weeks maybe yes maybe no…? To be continued

An investment in advertising! Do you have a plan to do so? Put money out there it is easy but find the right plan and the right target people it is another thing.
