Weight loss is still possible

I finally succeed my 2007 resolution. I finally was able to keep my resolution. Losing weight is not about physical appearance but about your health. If you are not ready to do it on a regular basis, your will not be able to keep your resolution for more than two months.

What did I do to keep my resolution a full year?

Diet:

I continue to eat normally but now I eat at least five portions of fruits and vegetable each day. The major change was to cook myself. This is a hard task for me because I am not a great cooker.

I had no choice to buy those recipes book.

biggest loserI buy the biggest loser cookbook. I like the show and I think they give a great example of what motivation can lead you.

I try another e-book from Dean Piazza. Dean Piazza is one of Australia’s best personal trainers. Over the past 12 years he has trained and coached thousands of clients ranging from big name celebrities to your average housewife to achieve maximum results in the minimum amount of time.

Training:

If you just read and do nothing, you will not be able to lose weight.

We all know that you must do at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. Break time does not count in the 30 minutes.

My best deal, in 2007, was not to apply to a gym center. I do not say they are bad but I have no time to go there. I just lost focus.

elliptical trainerI bought an elliptical trainer. It gives a great cardio and physical training.

It is at home so I have no choice to use it. Having your tools at home is the best choice to get your motivation on. I choose the elliptical trainer.

The hardest part was to include all this to a regular’s basis. You have to set up a calendar and make it as natural as walking.

I hope you will finally reach your New Year resolution because it feels so good to be healthy

The “Biggest Loser” Cookbook is definitely a great way to eat healthy! You should also check our Chef Devin Alexander’s other book, “Fast Food Fix” – she recreates all your fast food favorites in healthier ways, so you can eat things like Big Macs without feeling guilty! Best of Luck!
