Many people come on this website and they ask to change their facebook profile without downloading anything. I can understand that because I don’t like to download stuff too.
I have a bad news for you. It is not possible to change your facebook profile without downloading anything. Sorry it is sad.
Facebook is not Myspace. I’m not a huge fan to change profile color but you ask for that.
Let me tell you what you MUST NOT download

Do not download this plug in because you will end up with more stuff then you ask for.
The only safe plug in to download is Page rage. It is not the best plug in but it works and you will not have spam in it.

You should never download a toolbar.
