A new kid is in town. This is a new way to change your facebook layout fast.

It is not my favourite one but it is working very well so far…. No bugs right now ( I have not test it with facebook games though)

Before I tell you more, you need to know something very important.

Facebook is not Myspace…. Facebook do not let you access the code to change your layout like Myspace.

Using Facebook Chat at Work

It’s fairly controversial as to whether employees should be using the internet at work for anything besides completing work-related activities.

There are two definite camps straddling this dilemma. Some think doing personal online surfing while on company time is literally stealing. Loss of productivity equals loss of revenue. It’s a simple equation to equation minded bosses.

The other side disagrees. Their contention is that a certain amount of personal computer time helps increase productivity because those doing it come away refreshed and ready to tackle their jobs with renewed vigor. They feel that they’re actually MORE productive and, therefore, more of an asset to the company than the guy who is work-work-work (or so it seems), but never really gets too much done.

Many businesses are considering (or have already completed) the filtering out of certain websites from their company’s computer system. Others have a blanket rule of no personal computer time allowed except on official breaks or after hours. The remaining businesses have taken a different tack and allowed employees to exercise personal discretion in this area.

Social networking sites have become all the rage of late, with literally billions of people on the planet making a cyber connection to their friends and family on a regular basis. Facebook, which is the big daddy of social networking sites, boasts a use base of nearly half a billion. With the recent introduction of their chat feature, they log about 1,000,000,000 instant messages per day. That’s a billion. That’s a LOT of messages, eh?

I like the idea of being able to contact members from my friends list on Facebook. What I don’t like is having to open Facebook then keeping it open to accomplish this. Having Facebook open on your screen can be obtrusive in the work environment, especially if you’re not supposed to be using that site while working. But now there’s help.

The best thing I’ve found lately is a Facebook IM program called Chit Chat for Facebook. It really adds stealth to your Facebook IM activities. I discover dropbox not so long ago and trust me I won’t go back. In fact I don’t think I will go back to my previous situation. Before I use dropbox I used to back up everything on my usb hard drive. It was easy and fast. One day I lost my usb hard drive and I lost many important files.

It was a real nightmare. I don’t wish that to anybody. I started to search for online solution to back up my important files. I find a service from Mozy that I review in the past. It was great and easy.

This service is good but I was looking for something else more easy to use. I found dropbox. The only cool thing I love about dropbox is the fact that you can update and back up from many places like your computer, online and on another computer at the same time.
