Find the right answer
During the past 5 weeks, I receive a ton of e-mails about those two services. Are they good or bad? Do they pay?
I even receive e-mails about user. Some say they never get pay or other say they do get pay.
It was so a huge mess that I contact a friend to subscribe to the service and find out where is the truth.
Customer services
It looks an autorespoder, it is maybe not, but those answers have not the human touch on it.
The service was ok. They give what they say they will give you.
Where is the money?
This is the hot sauce. We find out a lot of delay or miss. As I told you, the customer service was not great at all. They kept telling the same answer. They were not able to give you that straight answer we were looking for.
Conclusion
The service is ok but do not expect to get a flood of money. I personally said do not pay them until they get better. You can find so many options now around the web.

Hi, My megaupload premium acct is no longer working. A lot of people on the online community are experiencing the same thing. We’ve all emailed Megaupload many times but no luck in response. We paid for premium and they took our money with no working acct. What’s that phone you can reach them at. I really want to reach them. Please help. Thanks.

I myself have been dicked by megaupload…they deleted any of my files that get over 5000 hits on megavideo.com and they refused to pay me 500 USD for 500,000 points.
I had my uncle who is a lawyer have a chat with them and 24 hours later they payed me. They will continue to pay me because when they dont pay its FRAUD and THEFT and they freaking know it so don’t back down and get in their damn faces.
i saw alot of similar story.. very strange
