I know you want an easy solution because you are far from a geek. You want something easier to use than facebook itself.
I find a solution to unblock facebook at your work and school and it is very easy to use.
It should work unless your IT guy reads this post or he is really smart.
Now, to make it work properly, I highly suggest that you sign up at home first.
You load your facebook account in it (settings section). Don’t worry it’s very simple to understand once you are on the website….
Once you add your facebook account now you are ready to use it at work and school.
